Flash Develop
Flash Develop is a free code editor for flash games. It was designed by programmers (duh) for programmers, making it easier and faster to write action script files.
Sfrx
Sfrx is a little tool making it easier for indie developers to quickly add sounds and effects to games. Definitely give it a look even if you aren't thinking about making games.
